NEW EVENTS
5) added 7/08/06 -- St Sabina will be hosted a soccer tournament for boys and
girls in grades 2 to 8.  The tournament runs Aug 11th to the 27th.  There is a
guarantee of 3 games per entry.  Cost of the tournament is $135.00.   Contact Dan

Important dates

Meetings -  Sports board meetings -2nd Wednesday of the month starting at 7pm in Fr Huels Room

Anyone wishing to coach/manage a team must have completed all Safe Environment Program
(SEP) requirements prior to being given a team. Requirements include attending Protecting God's
Children, reading and signing a Code of Ethics form, and submitting a MO Background Check form.
All managers are required to attend the Coaching to Make a Difference Class.


*New* Keep in mind you will be required to furnish a $50 uniform deposit which will be returned
when the uniform is returned at season end.
6) St Sabina parish picnic - Friday October 6th and Saturday Oct 7th
7) Franciscan Soccer will be having a 4 on 4 tournament at St Sabina on Sat. Nov
18 and Sun Nov 19th.  Teams are made up of 6 to 9 players - for grades 1 to 8.

8) added 01/14/07 - The St. Sabina Coaches Appreciation Dinner will be held in
Huel's Hall on Sat. Feb 10th from 7 to 11 PM, doors open at 6:30.
9) added 4/9/07 -- CYC Softball / Baseball Classic from June 1st through June 16th.  
Girls grades 3 to 8 and boys grades 3 to 6, open to all CYC teams.  $100 for 3

10) addd 4/9/07 -- The annual kickball tournament will be held May 18th to the 20th.
3 game minimum with a cost of $150 for the 18 to 34 division and the 35 and over
division.  New this year will be kids 17 and under division and will cost $50 per

26th.  The tournament is for grades Kindergarten to 8th grade.  Cost of the tournament is $135 for 3

13) added 4/03/08 -- St. Sabina will be hosting a baseball tournament for grades 3 through 5 and a softball
tournament for grades 3 through 8.  The tournament starts May 30th and runs through June 14th.  For more
